In-Person Counselling

I provide individual counselling from my comfortable, private office in Aberystwyth, West Wales. In a supportive and caring atmosphere, I offer highly personalized treatment, tailored to your individual needs and unique situations. My office is a safe environment for you to express yourself openly, and where you can relax and be yourself.

Online Counselling

I am pleased to also offer you the flexibility of online counselling through Skype, WhatsApp, Zoom, or FaceTime. This method is sometimes even more convenient than an in-person counselling session, allowing you to receive the benefits of therapy from the comfort of your home.

How the counselling process works

Individual counselling can be the most effective means to helping you overcome the barriers to self-empowerment. It is often just a matter of learning the right tools and working through the self-limiting beliefs that no longer serve you. I look forward to helping you build these skills.

Using primarily a Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and a Humanistic counselling approach, I base our therapy sessions around the following processes:
